the staff showed excellent service. having a shop on site was very good. my room was comfortable and clean. i felt safe as a female traveling alone. the room was also very quiet.
i found that travel to the terminal wasn't arranged properly. a bus guarantee was late. it created quite a delay for my plans.

Lakshmi handled my check-in. She was efficient. the restaurant's food was excellent. a dedicated hotel hoppa service is available (it saved transit time to the terminal).

The location near the airport was helpful for my early morning flight (it made travel much less stressful). i appreciated the room's soundproofing. I barely noticed any outside noise despite being close to the runway.
